The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition was filed to secure a corrected scheduled tribe certificate. However, instead of granting a corrected scheduled tribe certificate, the S.D.O. - respondent no. 4 has rejected the application of the petitioner. As such, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to challenge the subsequent order. 2.

In view of the above, by granting the liberty to challenge the subsequent order, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instruction.
