1.

Learned AGP states that that amount pursuant to order dated 9th June, 2017 would be deposited within a period four weeks from today and accordingly seeks extension of period for making deposit of amount directed under order dated 9th June, 2018.

Learned advocate for the respondents has no particular objection to the request for extension of time for making deposit.

In view of the same, period for making deposit pursuant to

{2} ca2626-18 order dated 9th June, 2018 stands extended to 2nd April, 2018. 4.

In case the amount is deposited, interim relief shall continue to operate. In case of failure to deposit the amount, interim relief shall cease to operate on expiry of the extended period.
