Learned AGP states that period for making deposit

{2} ca2631-18 pursuant to order dated 27th February, 2017 is sought to be extended under present civil applications and further submits that the amount is ready to be deposited. Cheque for the amount has already been issued and is ready.

Learned advocate for the respondent - claimants has no particular objection for granting extension of time for making deposit of the amount.

In view of aforesaid, the applicants are allowed to deposit the amount in this court by 9th March, 2018. Period under order dated 27th February, 2017 for making deposit of amount accordingly stands extended to 9th March, 2018. Interim relief to continue.

Civil applications accordingly stand disposed of. 5.

In case of failure to deposit the amount by 9th March, 2018, interim relief as operating would automatically cease to operate.
