The learned counsel for respondent - Municipal Corporation submits that the structure of which the petitioners is seeking regularization, is the open space.

Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for petitioners submits that structure have been directed to be regularized by the Honourable Minister. Those structure are not in the open space. Maps placed on record clarifies the same. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready for joint measurement to be conducted by the Taluka Inspector Land Records("TILR") 3.

In light of that, the petitioners shall file an application with TILR for joint measurement of the place where the petitioners' structure stands, joint measurement shall be made in presence of petitioners and

991-WP-957-20.odt respondent - Corporation. The TILR shall conduct the measurement as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month. The petitioner shall file applications and pay fees. The authority shall decide the proceedings of regularization within a period of one month from the date of receipt of report of the TILR. Depending upon the report of TILR further steps be taken qua order passed by the Honourable Minister. 4.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
