By these Civil Applications, the Applicants pray for condonation of delay of 274 days in filing these Civil Applications seeking restoration of Civil Application (stamp) Nos.27896/2013 and 35123/2013, which have been refused registration by the orders of the learned Registrar dated 05.05.2014 and 13.05.2014, respectively, for non removal of office objections.

Shri Bhavthankar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.6, strenuously opposes these applications. In the alternative, he submits that the costs may be imposed and may be donated to the Advocates

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed and the delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) in each Civil Application, which the Applicants shall deposit with the Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 09.02.2018. All office objections shall be removed on or before 09.02.2018. Non compliance of any of the directions issued as above, will result in recalling of this order and the orders of the Registrar dated 05.05.2014 and 13.05.2014 shall then stand restored. kps (RAVINDRA V.
