We have heard Mr. Shinde, the learned advocate for petitioners.

The learned Assistant government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that, the petitioners have alternate remedy available U/Sec. 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code against the impugned order.

Though Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for petitioners sought to canvas the submissions on merits of the matter, however, in view of the fact that, the petitioners have alternate remedy available, by virtue of Section 247 of the M. L. R. Code, we are not inclined to dilate on the merits of the matter.
