PER COURT :- 1) The order passed by the Labour Court, Ahmednagar below interim application at Exh.U-2 on 20th February, 1998 as well as the order passed by the Industrial Court at Ahmednagar on 3.9.1998 in Revision ULP No. 6/1998, whereby the Industrial Court has confirmed the order passed by the Labour Court below Exh.U-2, are challenged in the present petition.

2) The endorsement made by the Registry shows that the Complaint ULP No.5/1998 has been disposed of by the Labour Court, Ahmednagar on 4.11.2000. It has to be noted that the order, which was passed by the Labour court was stayed by this Court vide the interim order passed on 8th December, 1998.
