The applicant is alleged to have abetted/assisted the main accused in kidnapping the victim. The victim was little over 15 years old girl. Perused the statement of the victim herself. She stated to have joined the main accused by her own. In view of the same, order granting interim protection in favour of the applicant is hereby made absolute on following conditions.

(i) The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
