By this application filed under section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., applicant seeks cancellation of bail granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal in Crime No. 295/2020, registered with Muktainagar Police Station, Jalgaon, for offences punishable under sections 307, 452, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1. None appears for respondents No. 2 and 3.

It appears that charge sheet in the present crime is filed and case is committed to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusaval and is numbered as Sessions Case No. 43/2021.
