DATE : 13/12/2018 PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned AGP for State and Mr.Tope, learned counsel for respondent no.4. 2] By way of present application, the applicant prays for placing the documents on record. It is submitted before us that brochure was issued by State of Maharashtra under the title "MEDSS-CWT 2012" and there is exchange of communication between the State authorities as well between the State authorities and the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna. The counsel then submitted that list was published by the State of Maharashtra to Director of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai dated 12/10/2012 and the name of the petitioner was

2 914 recommended. The name of petitioner finds place at Sr.No.619. The submission of the learned counsel is these documents only further the cause of petitioner and these are the documents issued by State authorities.

3] Considering submissions of the counsel and on perusal of the documents, we are of the opinion that by permitting the applicant to place on record these documents, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, as such the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
