The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and make a request that Wakf Suit No.57/2011 pending before the Maharashtra State Wakf Tribunal, Aurangabad be disposed of expeditiously as the Plaintiff has submitted the list of one witness for examination and the Defendants also desire to examine only one witness on their behalf. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Maharashtra State Wakf Tribunal, Aurangabad shall decide Wakf Suit No.57/2011 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.12.2018.
