Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in pressing the prayer clause (A) only.

On perusal of the documents, it reveals that the petitioner obtained the corrected caste certificate stating that the petitioner belongs to 'Mannervarlu' tribe and the certificate was submitted to respondent No.4 - Committee for validation. The copy of submission of the proposal dated 11th October, 2017 at Exh.'D' shows that on the very date, the Committee accepted the proposal and the same is pending before it. 4.

The petitioner has placed on record the representations submitted to the Committee and one of the last such representations is of 22nd February, 2018. The petitioner has also placed on record certain documents in support of his claim particularly the school leaving certificate and validity certificate issued in favour of Sidhemod Ganesh Anandrao, ruling brother of the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid facts, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 - Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as early

(3) as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of the order of this Court.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
