The learned Advocate for the Management has used his good offices and the matter between the parties has been amicably settled. The petitioner has been issued with an appointment order dated 30.04.2022 as the Head Master of the Bharatratna Rajiv Gandhi Madhyamik Vidyalaya. Copy of the appointment order alongwith the copy of the resolution passed on 25.04.2022 (2 pages), are taken on record and collectively marked "X-1".

He further submits that the pay bills with regard to the salary of khs/May 2022/2759-d

- 2 - the petitioner as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations would be forwarded alongwith the proposal for approval as a Head Master, to the Education Officer by a special messenger. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would be retiring on 31.05.2022. He is satisfied with the gesture of the Management and prays that this petition can be disposed off. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following observations, keeping in view that the petitioner would be superannuating on 31.05.2022 :- [a] The respondent Management shall depute a special messenger to tender the proposal for approval as Head Master, alongwith the pay bills as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations, to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so as to reach the said authorities on 12.05.2022. [b] Respondent No. 2 shall ensure that the approval as Head Master is granted on or before 20.05.2022.

[c] Respondent No.3 in consultation with respondent No.2 shall clear the pay bills as well as the bill of arrears vide proposal dated 06.10.2021, on or before 31.05.2022.
