By order dated 04/08/2015 passed in Writ Petition No.6696/2014, this Court directed respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 28/05/2012 submitted by the Headmaster of Nutan Madhyamic and Ucha Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Chinawal, Taluka Raver, District Jalgaon.

Respondent No.2 has filed afÏdavit-in-reply stating that the said proposal is decided vide order dated 24/04/2015. Copy of the said order is annexed with the reply.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
