Criminal Application No. 593 of 2023 has been filed by the applicant seeking condonation of delay of 8925 days caused in filing the appeal. The applicant / appellant has filed the Appeal under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging his conviction. The Appeal has been filed by the appellant through the learned Advocate who has been appointed by Legal Aid Committee. 3.

We have gone through the reasons quoted in the application. In the interest of justice, the delay is required to be condoned and

accordingly the delay is condoned. Criminal Application No.593 of 2023 stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
