It appears that the acquiring body was not made party in the reference filed by original claimants. It is the contention of the acquiring body that it learnt about decision only after expiry of the period mentioned in the applications and due to that delay is caused. This Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay is condoned.
