During speaking to minutes, learned counsel for applicant submits that acquiring body is given 12 weeks time to deposit the amount. But, due to oversight, period of 3 weeks is mentioned in the order dated 26/02/2016 for depositing the amount.

In almost all other matters, I have given period of 12 weeks to the acquiring body for depositing the amount.

So, correction be made as, stay applications are allowed subject to condition of deposit of entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks from today, in stead of 3 weeks.
