By the present application, the applicants seek permission to bring themselves on record as legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the Writ Petition, namely, Pashamiya s/o. Papamiya Pathan, who died on 21.11.2007.

Death certificate of the deceased respondent is also annexed with the application. There is a delay of 3275 days caused in filing the present application. Same is sought to be condoned.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned without imposing costs, keeping in view that the applicants are poverty-stricken. The legal representatives of the deceased respondent are permitted to be brought on record of the Writ Petition. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
