The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that the merit list prepared by the Respondents with reference to the selection process for the post of 'Assistant Officer (Marketing) Grade EO.', be disclosed, since the Respondents have conducted a selection process and have appointed certain candidates. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

We do not find any justifiable cause in not disclosing the merit list, on the basis of which a select list is prepared and the candidates, as per the merit list, have been granted appointments.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3/Executive Director (Human Resources Department), to tender an authenticated merit list to the Petitioner, indicating the marks scored by the candidates and the names of the candidates appointed pursuant to the selection process, within 21 days from today on the address of the Petitioner, mentioned in the title clause.
