Learned Advocate for the applicant has placed on record a copy of order dated 8.03.2024 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2555 of 2024, allowing the application and permitting the applicant therein to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to this Court. Hence this

ORDER

a) The application is allowed and disposed off.

b) The applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on condition that if the appeal is allowed, the applicant shall re-deposit the amount in this Court.
