When this matter was called out for hearing on 2nd July, 2015, none appeared for the applicant. Therefore, by way of last opportunity, the matter was adjourned to 22nd July, 2015 and it was made clear that, in case, none appeared for the applicant on the next date, this Court would have no option but to dismiss the application for want of prosecution. In spite of aforesaid order, even today, none appears for the applicant. The learned APP informs this Court that charge-sheet has already been filed. Hence, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
