A disputed issue between the Petitioner and the possessor of the land, is the basis for the grievance of the Petitioner who claims that he has not received compensation for 20R land, which was used in the Project for the Samruddhi Highway. His representation dated 30.10.2023 is pending before the S.D.O., Competent Authority, Bombay - Nagpur Samruddhi Mahamarg. He also informs us that he has settled a civil suit with some of the adjacent land owners to the extent of 12R land and he has received the compensation.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.2 deal with the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.10.2023 by referring to the records available and by following the due procedure laid down in Law. If the said Authority finds any legal impediment, he shall pass a reasoned order and indicate the same to the Petitioner. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days.
