The Petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and is issued with a Challan by the Competent Authority for the purposes of measuring his land in Gut No.712AA, admeasuring 53 Are at Patoda, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed. The learned A.G.P. submits that, while carrying out the joint measurement, there is a possibility that there could be objections from the adjacent land owners and such objections have to be dealt with.

There could be no difficulty for the concerned Authorities to scrupulously follow the due procedure laid down in

1980.24wp (2) law and deal with all such issues, which are supposed to be looked into while carrying out joint measurement of the properties. The Petitioner has submitted an application dated 15/12/2023 for seeking N.A. permission and an amount has also been deposited.

We, therefore, direct Respondent No.2/District Superintendent of Land Records, Beed, Respondent No.3/ Collector, Beed and Respondent No.4/Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Patoda, Tq. Patoda, Dist. Beed, to follow the due procedure laid down in law and carry out the measurement of the land of the Petitioner as per his application, taking into account all such issues that may be raised by the stakeholders, preferably within a period of 90 days.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
