DATE: 6th March, 2019 PER COURT:- The present application is filed with a prayer for taking on record the legal representatives of deceased Shivaji Chandrabhan Sathe, who was respondent No.1 in the appeal filed by the Acquring Body.

It is contended in the application that the persons named in the application are the only legal representatives of deceased Shivaji Chandrabhan Sathe. Death certificate is also filed on record. The application is supported with an afÏdavit. In view of the above, I do not see any difÏculty in allowing

{2} CA 2596 OF 2019 the present application and it is accordingly allowed. The legal representatives of deceased Shivaji Chandrabhan Sathe, as are mentioned in the application, be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out by the Acquiring Body within two weeks.
