For the reasons stated in the Application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant - Insurance Company, subject to furnishing simple surety of equal amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

As it appears from the judgment, that the applicants no. 3 to 6 are minors, applicants no. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount on behalf of themselves and applicants no. 3 to 6. 4.

Application is disposed of.
