In case the application of the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the respondent / sole, the respondent shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent / sole on 18.02.2020. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
