After arguing for quite some time, learned advocates for the parties fairly resile to a situation wherein payment of interim maintenance at the rate of 50% of the amount granted under the impugned order be continued to be paid to the respondent till the disposal of regular civil appeal No.147 of 2012 pending in the court of District Judge, Beed, with further direction that the appeal itself be taken up for disposal expeditiously. 2.

As such, the amount of maintenance granted under the impugned order stands modified and reduced to Rs.1,500/- per month to the respondent, to be paid during pendency of the appeal.

Learned advocate for the petitioners points out that arrears of amount upto 24th February, 2015 have been deposited in this court.

The amount deposited by the petitioners in this court, pursuant to order passed by this court, be transmitted to the appellate court, where regular civil appeal No. 147 of 2012 is pending. The amount be transmitted as early as possible. Upon transmission, the amount be allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent.

Petitioners shall continue to pay maintenance amount @ Rs.1500/- per month effective from February, 2015 till disposal of regular civil appeal No. 147 of 2012. If the appeal is ready in all respects, it be taken up for expeditious disposal and be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
