The prayer putforth by the Petitioner is that an appeal lodged on 08.12.2023 before Respondent No.2, be decided out of turn. 03.

We are aware that there are several litigants who are in queue. There are no such circumstances by which his appeal deserves to be listed out of turn by giving precedence over other matters which have been filed earlier. 04.

In view of above, this Petition is disposed off. The appeal lodged on 18.12.2023 will be considered by the authority in queue with reference to the date of the lodging of the appeal.
