The learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the letter dated 2.4.2024 by the Superintending Engineer, Jalgaon, stating therein that all the retiral benefits are given to the employee/respondent No. 1. The said letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

The learned counsel submits that in view of the above letter, the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of above letter the petition has become infructuous, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. This court has not expressed anything on merits of the above letter.
