The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions of the respondent No. 3 submits that, further two months time would be required for deciding the proposal. The same would be placed before the Cabinet.

It is submitted by Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioners that, the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur had directed to grant permission for opening the M. S. W. college within two months. The said order was challenged before the Apex Court. The Apex Court has dismissed the S. L. P. confirming the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur.

As the judicial orders are in force, the respondent No. 3 ought to have taken decision within the period stipulated in the order dated 26th November, 2020 in the writ petitions filed by the petitioners. However, considering the request made on behalf of the respondent No.3, we extend the time by one (01) month for taking decision upon the proposal of the petitioners from today. If the decision is not taken within a period of one month, the Court would view the same seriously. 5.

In the light of the above, all the contempt petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
