This is an application seeking leave to amend and assail proviso added to Section 73AAA (3) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 vide Ordinance No. IX of 2021 and so also bring on record the report of enquiry Officer dated 13th January, 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. Hon, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

Considering the nature of amendment and the fact that respondents have opportunity to controvert the same while dealing with the writ petitions, the Civil Application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Amendment be carried out accordingly.

Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
