By these civil applications, delay of 1465 days caused in filing the appeals is sought to be condoned by the acquiring body-applicant in each of the cases. 5.
Considering the difficulties being faced by the present appellant-acquiring body, the delay is condoned, however, finding that despite lapse of time, no definite steps were taken, applications for condonation of delay are hereby allowed on the condition that the appellantapplicant deposits an amount of Rs.1,000/- as costs payable to the land owner/respective respondents, in each of the cases, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order.

All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
