Heard the learned counsel for parties.

During the pendency of this writ petition, Respondent No.2 / Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad has constituted a committee consisting of eleven members to verify the claim of Respondent No.6 in respect of the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika of village Dhondrai, Taluka Georai, District Beed. The said Committee has submitted the report dated 7th April, 2017 to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad with a specific finding in respect of the issue involved in the matter.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing Respondent No.2 / Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to

911 wp.2421.17.odt pass appropriate order in the matter in the light of the report submitted by the Committee and after giving an opportunity of being heard to all the interested parties.

During the pendency of this writ petition, by way of interim arrangement as directed by this Court, the salary to be paid to Respondent No.6 has been deposited before this Court. The claim about the said salary would be subject to the order passed by the Commissioner as directed aforesaid.
