Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that after the accident the applicant incurred the medical expenses as well as loss of income, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount along with accrued interest thereon, out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Rest of the amount be deposited in any nationalized bank initially for a period of five years and renewal thereafter as per directions of this Court. 4.
