Mr.Ashtekar, learned counsel submits that the petitioners are running the fair price shop. The contract has been given by the Government to the different contractors and the rate is fixed, still, the contractors are taking Rs.3/- for every 50 Kgs. Of the goods from the shop owners.

The petitioner has given representation on 20.6.2016 and 10.10.2016 to the Collector, however, no cognizance is taken as yet.

Learned A.G.P. states that the Collector would look into the

same.

Considering the fact that the representation is pending (Exh.D collectively), the Respondent No.3 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
