Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the complainant.

Admittedly, there was counter case against each other. It has been alleged against the applicants that they have been assaulted the injured/first informant with weapons. The weapons have been seized. The first informant has received the simple injuries. The incident has a pre-history of Village Panchayat Election. The material investigation against the applicants has been completed. Their further detention does not appear essential. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1. PRAVIN DNYANDEV HAZARE and

2. RAMESHWAR PANDURANG DASPUTE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.407 of 2022, registered by Police Station Pachod, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 326, 324, 149, 504, 506 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing charge sheet if not filed.

(iii) Criminal application No.668 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
