We have heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents- State authorities. 2.

Grievance of the petitioners was with regard to fair price shop run by respondents No. 5 and 6. Affidavit-in-reply is filed by Naib Tahsildar, Paithan stating that on 10-08-2016, fair price shop of respondents No. 5 and 6 is suspended after hearing. It is further stated that authority will complete the enquiry strictly as per law after following principles of of natural.
