Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the tribe claim of the petitioner as Tokre Koli - Scheduled Tribe is referred to the Committee for validation in January 2014. Even Vigilance is conducted and the report is submitted on 29.4.2014, however, as yet, the same is not decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 4.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with Respondent No.2 then Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2.3.2017.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
