On 22.03.2018 we have passed an order directing the Committee to reconstruct the file in respect of the petitioner. We had kept the matter today only to seek explanation about the missing files. It is stated that, twenty five files transferred to Aurangabad Committee from Nashik Committee in the year - 2001, twenty files have been decided and five files are misplaced and the steps are being taken to trace them.

The proceeding before the Committee are quasi judicial proceeding. The Committee is expected to act diligently. The missing of files is a grave thing. The Respondent No. 1 shall look into the matter and take steps and fix the responsibility in respect of the missing files. Pursuant to our order dated 22.03.2018, the respondent shall decide the matter. 3.
