Mr Barlinge, learned advocate submits that in the validation proceedings before the Committee, the petitioner had fled say to vigilance report. The matter is also argued fnally. Still the scrutiny committee has not passed order. Father of the petitioner is issued validity certifcate under the order of this Court. Real paternal aunt of the petitioner was also issued validity certifcate under the order of this Court, still the Committee is hesitant to decide the matter.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

The petitioner may bring to the notice of the committee the judgments delivered by this court in favour of the father and paternal aunt of the petitioner. The Committee is bound to consider the said judgments. 4.

Considering the fact that the fnal arguments are also over, judgment is required to be delivered , expeditiously. The committee shall deliver the judgment, expeditiously, preferably within one month. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
