Mr Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that vigilance has been conducted, the petitioner has fled say to the vigilance report, however, the petitioner is not given date for fnal argument. The petitioner has apprehension that if the validity is not issued expeditiously, his pension may be stopped.

Considering the fact that vigilance is already conducted and say is also fled to the vigilance report, the respondent Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12th February, 2020.
