Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The material investigation has been completed. The alleged weapons for preparing dacoity or any other offence have been seized. Nothing remained to be recovered from the applicants. In the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, the application deserves to be allowed on certain conditions. Hence, the order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicants Nos. (1) Nana Bhaskar Kale and (2) Amol Nana Kale, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of

935-BA-284-23.odt Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.247 of 2022, registered with Yermala Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 353 and 336 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that, (a) The applicants shall attend the police station on every first Monday of each month, between 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial (b) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and involve in the similar crime.
