Heard both the sides. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, first appeal is already disposed of by this court and applicant no.1 may be permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the respondent-M.S.R.T.C. However, it appears that the applicant no.3 is also the original claimant. In view of the above, the applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of her share and also of her minor son applicant no.2 and the amount falling to the share of applicant no.3. Office is directed to issue two separate cheques and the applicant no.1 is permitted to receive the cheque issued in the name of applicant no.3 for the amount falling to her share. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
