The order dated 1st August, 2015, passed below Exh.4 in Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2015 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, is modified.

It is directed that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1 Lac before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, who shall, after hearing the parties, pass an appropriate order about withdrawal of the same. 4.

Criminal Writ Petition stands partly allowed in above terms.
