The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBSSummer-2020 examination is withheld. According to the petitioner, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2014. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 1st March, 2021.

The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBS-Summer-2020 examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending and in case the petitioner is eligible, may appear for the further examination. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
