The applicant who was the claimant in W.M.C. No. 38 of 2013, seeks for condonation of delay of 106 days caused in challenging the order passed in W.M.C. by way of this appeal. 2.

Initially the claim was lodged by the applicant before the Commissioner, which came to be dismissed. The applicant desires to challenge the said order, however, due to financial constraint she was not able to resort the remedy within the stipulated period. 3.

Though the other side objected, however, considering the reasons and short period of delay, to subserve the interest of justice the delay stands condoned.
