The application is filed for permission to amend the main proceeding. Heard both the sides. Counsel for other side has strongly opposed the application by submitting that the petitioner may file separate proceeding in respect of new seniority list.

The petition is filed to challenge the seniority list prepared by the respondents in the year 2013. It appears that new seniority list came to be prepared and the petitioner also want to challenge the new seniority list which may probably be more against the interest of petitioner. As the change has taken

CA No. 3142/19 place, this Court holds that the petitioner is entitled to make amendment in the petition. So, the application is allowed. Amendment is allowed and it is to be carried out within seven days from days.
