During pendency of this petition, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Wife has started cohabiting with the husband and in that view she is giving up the rights of maintenance from the date of compromise. The compromise is executed between the parties on 10-10-2022. The copy of the same is placed on record in the proceeding pending before the leaned Family Court, Dhule. On the basis of compromise even the order is passed by the learned Family Court, Dhule on 13-102022 disposing off the proceeding i.e. Petition No.E-232/2022.

In view of the same, both the parties submits that this petition has become infructuous, therefore, it needs to be withdrawn.

The true copy of the compromise duly signed by both the learned advocates alongwith order dated 13-10-2022 is taken on record and marked as Annexure-A.

In view of above, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.
