Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. None has appeared for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, though they are duly served. This is an application praying for taking on record the legal heirs of deceased Applicant. The Applicant is stated to have died on 13th November, 2014, and the names of the legal heirs are stated in para 3 of the present application. The present application is filed within the period of limitation. The death certificate of Bhagwan Sidram Dhaddu is also placed on record. Heirship certificate is also placed on record. In view of the above, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of deceased Applicant be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
