Issue notice to the Respondents in all these Petitions, returnable forthwith. The learned A.G.Ps. waive service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the respective Writ Petitions.

Considering that the impugned notice is issued in the pending proceedings before the Tahsildar, Dharashiv, the Petitioners, who are served with the notices, are at liberty to canvass all their grounds before the said Authority and pray for appropriate directions.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off. All contentions of all the litigating parties are kept open, to be considered by the Tahsildar, Dharashiv, dealing with the pending proceedings of the Petitioners, on their own merits. (R. M.
